    Return and Refund Policy

    Question 1: What is your return policy?

    Answer 1:

    • Returns are available within 14 days of delivery and are available on full-price items.
    • Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in.
    • We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. 
    • EXCHANGES: We unfortunately currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products and make a new order.

     

     

    Question 2: How do I initiate a return?

    Answer 2: Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    Question 3: What is your refund process?

    Answer 3: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Question 4: Do returns cost anything?

     Answer 4: Returns are completely free. However, please note returns are only available on full-priced items and sale items under 50% off

     

    Question 5: When will I receive my refund?

    Answer 5: Refunds are issued within 48 hours of returns' quality approval. A card refund take 5-7 working days.

    Question 6: Can I return multiple orders at the same time?

    Answer 6 No, items from separate orders must be returned in separate packages.
